Sail Ahead

The Sail Ahead project aims to provide an on-line careers guidance tool for captains seeking shore-based employment. This will be achieved by conducting surveys, both in Academies and aboard ships, to determine the transferable skills that captains possess. This information will be used to create the tool, which will help captains and students to assess possible shore-based employment options.
